What are the postage costs?
Postage varies depending on the item, but should be:
Oil Paintings: £3.70 UK / £12 International (All tracked and signed.)
Drawings: £2.70 UK / £10 International (All tracked and signed.)
Postcards: £1 UK / £2 International
Framed Paintings: £5.70 UK/ £12 International (All tracked and signed.)
Postage will be calculated at checkout.
If you order multiple items, you only pay postage once for the highest rate.
For example: If you buy an oil painting, a drawing and some postcards, you would only pay the postage of the painting.
Postage is free for orders over £75/£150 International
If you are in or near Brighton, UK, you may be able to arrange an in-person pick up at my location in central Brighton. Email lancelotrichardson@gmail.com for more information.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Items purchased in the UK should take less than 5 working days to arrive.
International purchases should take up to 10 working days - in theory. However, customs are very prone to holding things up, so it may be much longer.
Bear in mind that the covid-19 pandemic and UK's exit from the EU are still causing staffing and capacity issues with various areas of UK infrastructure, which may cause delays. (As of Autumn 2022)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. You may encounter customs charges or import fees, which I cannot control or estimate, as it varies between countries.
Is artwork framed?
Most artwork comes unframed. Any framing or mounting will be clearly mentioned in the descriptions.
Oil paintings come varnished with retouch varnish. Any work not signed on the front should be signed on the reverse.
I’m ordering a piece as a gift, can I add a note?
Yes – if you want a note added in with your item, please email me at lancelotrichardson@gmail.com when you make the order
